Aloha Kakou,   It was with great pleasure that we, the Maui Committee Class of 1969, has hosted the Ho'omau Maui 2005 gathering this past August 18-21.

Because there is so much to do here on Maui, we centered everything around The Mauian. This gave our classmates and guests the freedom to come and go (we gladly served as your activities directors), yet still be able to join us for all the festivities.

Our Hospitality Desk was open to all our classmates and guests. Here we kept a good supply of refreshments, offerred a place to gather and visit, and it served as the information center for our event. Oh, by the way, the beach at the Mauian is wonderful. Snorkling and the white sand beach was beautiful.

If you missed this year's event, we'll post comments and pictures here as they start to come in. Hope to hear from all of you. It's not too soon to start making plans for summer of 2006!
