Gee, we thinks those that were there should share. We had good food, laughter, perfect weather and a whole lotta fun. Best of all were the old friends, one in particular who I haven't seen since graduation.........guess.........none other than Danford Hanohano and mahalo nui loa to his lovely wife, Blanche, for bringing him to the picnic

Eda Kaneakua writes: We had several toasts that evening...first one was for Stan Baptista who just got hired as the web master for the State Dept. of Taxation and the second one was for Gilbert Chee who really does have an Annie! Had to leave early so didn't get to talk to Annie too much but for the short time I was there, Gil was hovering around the girls making sure we weren't going to fill Annie's head with his high school escapades. No worry Gil...your bringing Annie (showing that you finally trust us!) has made me decide to seal my lips at spilling anything you might not want Annie to know...
Here's some other stuff you missed...Lorraine Alo's vodka drenched lychees (3 whole bottles!!), Sam's special Salmon which he must only cook when Bobby Lu comes home because that was the last time when we tasted it!
This message is from Caydie Sitch and Gail Ahina----who always come early and then have to leave early so they hardly got to see ANYBODY! Next time we have a get together we gotta get there at the appointed time because these two have a social schedule to keep up. They took 2nd place for saying goodbyes and there were fewer of us there....they were supposed to leave at 2 and ended up leaving at 3:15!
